Our Vanilla Crème Crowns are baked with the original, light and crisp Danish pastry with 24 layers. The cream adds a mild and rounded taste of vanilla, the filling with almond flour provides lots of sweetness and the hazelnut flakes on top finish the taste experience. White glaze, mixed from fondant without the use of E numbers or colouring, is added. Our glaze is characterised by retaining both its colour and its beautiful shine – even after setting.
